Over 20+ years I've held senior management and leadership roles across some of Australia's most respected organisations leading transformation, from the Commonwealth Bank and NSW Government to World Vision and the Salvation Army. That rare mix of corporate rigour, social sector heart and government perspective is what I bring to every client engagement.

I hold a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Social Impact from AGSM - UNSW Business School, and that lens shapes everything I do. I've always believed the most powerful businesses and careers don't choose between growth and good - they achieve both.
